About Me

I’m Mateo — founder of B2Bread and a builder at heart.

I spent the last 5+ years in high-growth startups, first as a top-performing enterprise seller, then as the go-to operator behind the scenes. CRM builds, pipeline automation, RevOps strategy — I did all of it. And I did it well.

But over time, I realized something was off. I was great at helping companies grow but wanted a deeper connection to the company mission. So I made the shift. Today, I work with founders building things that actually matter: access to mental health care, better food systems, pathways to meaningful work.
