About Me

Hey, I’m Mateo — founder of B2Bread. Over the past 5+ years, I worked as a top-performing enterprise seller, helping close deals with some of the biggest logos in tech. Along the way, I found myself diving deeper into the systems behind the scenes — managing our CRM, building key reports, and automating processes that were slowing us down.

What started as a desire to increase my own efficiency turned into a real passion for aligning revenue operations and GTM systems across all departments. I realized that most startups don’t need more tools — they need better systems, clarity, and structure to actually scale.

That’s why I started B2Bread — to help early-stage teams build smart revenue operations and GTM strategies from the ground up.
